Family background: The Storm family has been in Okinawa ever since Ogin was separated from her brother and with that stayed with the Storm family in order for that, she had married, but when her own husband died she took his place, becoming the first female to ever run a Yakuza, as the years passed the family was down to Roukostu's Grandfather, Xea, and then it was passed to Angel when he married Len, and now it will be passed down to Roukostu, even though not part of their family, she is the only one of them that has a sky flame, unfortunately Gilliam did not wish to take the seat for he wanted to study as a doctor instead like his father, the Storm family is know for their hospital, New Haven, not only for their kindness, but that they don't take money, they are a charity organization. The Storm family original head was in fact female, and also Italian until she married the Yazuka warlord.

Family Goal: Even though the family is good by heart, that doesn't mean they have not sinned in the past, always being the certain of attention of many families, seeing them as traitors for some, while murderers to others, Roukostu and Angel wish to change that prespective on that family.
